Key Responsibilities: Providing one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom. Assisting with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs). Collaborating closely with teachers and SENCO to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment. Building positive relationships with students, offering encouragement and guidance to foster their growth and development.Requirements: Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not essential. Possession of relevant qualifications (e.g., CACHE Level 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning) is beneficial. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting the diverse needs of students with SEN.
