Senior Occupational Health Advisor - In House Package Details: GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 Per Annum + Excellent Company Benefits (Stated Below) Contracted Hours: Permanent, 37.5 Hours Per Week (Monday to Friday ndash; Flexible Working Hours) Location: Heathrow ** This role will include both managerial and clinical responsibilities ** Remit: OH Talent Solutions are working with a valued client who are currently looking to recruit an Senior Occupational Health Advisor. We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking and innovative Occupational Health and Well-being team. You will contribute to the Occupational Health Wellbeing Service and play a key role with the ongoing development of the company and service provision to their employees. This role involves interaction with key clients and the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for the clinical delivery of OH services provided to their employees. The Role: You will undertake a range of services which include the following: * Complex Case Management. * Sickness Absence Management. * Pre-Employment Medicals, Assessments Questionnaires. * Immunisation, Vaccination Phlebotomy Programmes. * Health Promotion Wellbeing Advice. This role will also include leading, supporting and developing a team of clinicians, duties will include auditing, training and general supervision. Requirements: * Registered Nurse qualification. (Must have valid NMC pin with no restrictions or conditions) * Occupational Health qualification (Degree, Diploma or Certificate) * Able to work as an independent autonomous Senior Occupational Health Advisor. * A good team player who possesses effective communication relationship building skills. * A pro-active motivated person who endeavours all types of challenges. * A valid Full UK driving licence.
