Quantity surveyor

Quantity Surveyor Exeter Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Exeter, working on clean and wastewater projects comprising of mechanical, electrical, civil process engineering. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing all of the commercial function for the projects and applicants should be fully conversant with the NEC suite of contracts. The Quantity Surveyor will report to the Commercial Manager for the Process Water team. Duties include but are not limited to: middot;Valuations middot;Change Control / Compensation Events middot;Subcontractor Procurement middot;CVR #39;s middot;Early Warnings middot;Updating Risk Register middot;Monthly Commercial Reporting middot;Cash Flow Forecasts middot;Subcontractor Payments middot;Dispute Resolution middot;Final accounts Desired Skills / Background middot;HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or by experience (Essential) middot;Working knowledge of NEC Suite of Contracts (Essential) middot;A background of working within the civil engineering/water industry(Preferred) About Trant: Trant Engineering has a long history of engineering and construction excellence, delivering high quality EPC engineering and construction services throughout the UK and overseas.
