One of the region rsquo;s most well-established Property Consultancies is actively recruiting an Assistant/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor in Exeter. THE COMPANY The client is one of the leading Consultancies in the region with huge growth plans for the coming years. They have a great reputation in the market and are working with some key clients. Projects can range from Public to Private sector to suit the candidates preference. Individual projects include working on Residential, Commercial and Leisure developments. Values can range from GBP1 - 20 million plus. THE POSITION They are actively looking to recruit an Assistant/ Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to work alongside a team of experienced Chartered professionals and get involved in a range of projects from inception to completion. The successful Project Manager will be given the opportunity to work on projects across a range of sectors which provides an excellent opportunity for someone who has perhaps become pigeonholed in one sector with a larger Consultancy.
