Customer Account Manager Experience The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate: 3-4 years experience in a B2B service delivery role Able to manage key relationships with stakeholders providing exceptional customer service A team player, results-driven and tactful when dealing with customer issues Excellent time management and communication skills A valid driver #39;s licence and access to a car Tech-savvy, analytical approach to data and used to working on CRM systems Energetic, enthusiastic and a willingness to learn and problem solve Location Our client #39;s lovely office is based in Oxford with free parking onsite. This is a full-time, hybrid role, working ideally 2-3 days in the office.
