Residential account manager

This combined means our clients are always supported to the highest achievable standard. About the Job: This is fast paced and challenging role. You will need to work efficiently and flexibly. The objective of this role is to ensure the safe and correct delivery of agreed services between the business and any client or contract. Keeping within the agreed terms of any agreement or contract the Account Manager will utilise the pool of engineers available and any sub-contractors to deploy to the client to fulfil their request, using the business systems to track and finance the works. Duties will include but not limited to; System management * Clik; for in-house engineers, PPM regime rsquo;s, contract specifics, job distribution and allocation of all client works. * Client specific systems can include Elogbooks ndash; Dwellent ndash; Riskwise ndash; Concerto * One Drive, H S Portal Client Management * Onboarding a client ndash; application form T C rsquo;s, rates, costs * Communicating with a client ndash; Direct for individual requests largely email or on client systems ndash; (FOLLOW A STEP BY STEP GUIDE, job progression updates / QC rsquo;s an important stage) Monthly reporting (regular contract 1 ndash; 1 rsquo;s) Contract Management * Mobilisation of a new client or contract ndash; will include an agreed period of time to have captured key issues like compliance, resourcing, finance etc hellip; (there is a process guide to follow for this) * Engineer management ndash; allocating jobs to in-house team ndash; attending monthly tool-box talk ndash; one to ones ndash; checking job sheets etc hellip; * Sub-contractor management ndash; Scope agreed between all parties ndash; contract set up on click ndash; regularities as per PPM rsquo;s and date schedule to issue out financing ndash; overlooking each process ndash; ndash; managing monthly KPI rsquo;s * Client Management (As above) ndash; managing monthly KPI rsquo;s * Delivering at a fast and efficient turn-around time all client or business requirements working either within the demand timelines of the client, or the agreed SLA rsquo;s Core skills and previous experience required for the role; * Ability to multitask and stay organised. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Strong communication skills * Being through and process driven * Proficiency in Microsoft office suite * Proven experience in account management in the fabric maintenance sector * Professional email etiquette * The ability to troubleshoot and work on solutions. * Dealing with high value residential customers and tenants. Working Hours: 8:00 ndash; 17:00 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break Monday to Friday
