The role: Paid qualification in level 2 safeguarding and IAG qualifications To establish local, regional and national employer relationships guaranteeing ring fenced vacancies To identify and create opportunities for the development and delivery of Sector Based Work Academies (SBWA #39;s) across all contract areas Communicate with the operations team and stakeholders on all aspects of learner progress and provide support and resolutions to barriers to progression Support the Employer/Stakeholder Engagement Manager to develop employer network forums to identify labor market demands Generate new employer leads through calls Travel nationally to job fairs, community events (All expenses paid)The person: Business development or Business to Business sales experience Driving licenceReference Number: BBBH13333 Keywords: Business Development, Sales, Stakeholder engagement, business engagement, Business development, B2B.
