Our client has over 15 years of experience within the facilities management industry and can boast some of the UK #39;s most prestigious commercial industrial contracts such as railway stations and depots as well as other large-scale projects. This opportunity has arisen due to the growth of the business and demonstrates the company #39;s success and procurement of additional long-term contracts. You will be responsible for overseeing the completion of various electrical install and maintenance projects worth up to the value of GBP500,000 within Hospitals, Schools, MOD sites and numerous other sites across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
