Whats in it for you: :Competitive salary :Company pension :Free parking :MyStaff Shop discounts :Generous Annual Leave, increasing in line with service and the ability to buy extra days :EAP in house mental health champion A day in the life of a Strategic Sourcing Manager : Food service: :Undertake sourcing (tendering and negotiation) of food products purchased via ARAMARK preferred distribution program(s), ensuring best value is obtained. :Liaise with preferred distributors and manage their product lists, delivery service level, product service level etc. :Supplier vetting, onboarding and contract preparation. :Lead purchasing involvement in ARAMARK promotional programs and category management programs. :Lead the test and feedback of proposed product changes via cross functional forums, Coordinate roll:out and monitor compliance to agreed programmes. :Support operations teams in day to day queries and issue resolution. :Ensure business compliance with company policies and procedures. :Coordinate and support country evolvement in Global and European food related joint procurement initiatives. Youll be set up for success if you have: :Strategic and commercial knowledge to manage external spend of more than GBP 15m :Ability to manage budgets including applying ROI techniques to external purchases :Experience in building best practice supplier sourcing processes :Strong communication skills : written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills :Ability to represent the company at external meetings with suppliers and external experts All applications will be treated in the strictest confidence.
