Responsibilities of the General Manager : 1 st time appointment: * Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence. * Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect. * Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members. * Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting. * Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour. * Ensure food and beverages meet high:quality standards. About the General Manager : 1 st time appointment * Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years. * Exceptional communication and leadership skills. * Customer service and sales orientation. * Strong understanding of business financials. * Strategic decision:making skills. * Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
