Curriculum Development: Drive the implementation of an enriching early years curriculum, ensuring it aligns with the latest educational standards and best practices. Staff Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among the staff, encouraging their growth as educators. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents, keeping them informed about their child #39;s progress and involving them in the early education journey. Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing resources, maintaining a safe and stimulating environment, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Proven experience in a leadership role within an early years setting. Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
