Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, a leading Automotive Sector Manufacturing Company in their search for Team Leader to work in their Ellesmere Port based facility For the successful Team Leader our client is offering: GBP31,928 per annum Day shifts - 7am- 6pm (Monday to Thursday) Permanent position Career development in a family run business Contributory Pension Scheme The role ndash; Team Leader: Responsible for leading a team of operators and ensure the smooth running of the production process Ensuring all products are produced to the required quality specifications and production output quantities, on target and on time. Team training and leading improvement projects Responsible for production in terms of management of staff, management of production and targets and to ensure the smooth running of the production processes Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on manufacturing activities Play a key part in the team to assist in the induction process and training of all new production employees Suggest and help implement cost saving initiatives Effectively communicate daily safety/production needs to management Additional projects and roles as assigned What our client is looking for in a Team Leader: Experience in a fast-paced production environment- - ESSENTIAL Previous manufacturing Team Leader experience - ESSENTIAL Be able to give briefings, create presentations and be able to delegate authority in the workplace ESSENTIAL A customer focused attitude Key skills or similar Job titles: Production operator, Assembly Operator, Fitter, Using hand tools, using power tools, automotive manufacturing Commutable From: Sandycroft, Deeside, Chester, Ellesmere Port, Mold, and Flint For further information about this and other positions please apply now.
