Lift service manager

An independent and rapidly growing lift engineering company are currently seeking a Service and Repairs Manager to support them through their current exciting growth period. As Service and Repairs Manager you will be responsible for: Managing and planning lift engineers workloads Monitoring performance, absences and appraisals Maintaining and developing customer relations and addressing queries Ensuring compliance with H S protocols Carrying out regular site visitsTo be successful in this role you will have: A background in lift engineering NVQ Level 3 as a minimum Managerial experience is preferred but not essential Strong technical knowledgeIn return you will receive a lucrative benefits package which includes: GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 Company car or car allowance 25 days #39; holiday plus bank holidays Contributory pension scheme Life assurance Discretionary bonuses
