Store Recruiter: 6 months+ based in Chandlers Ford To start asap For 6-8 months Mon to Fri - 8.30am to 5pm GBP12.50 to GBP14.50/hr Hybrid working - 2-3 days on site Casual dress code when working on site Free Parking Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities: Advertises vacancies via our applicant tracking system and careers site, as well as with local contacts, to attract the best candidates Uses sourcing channels where necessary to fulfil priority or niche requirements Manages all vacancies and candidates within the agreed process and timescales Builds relationships with Unit Managers within regional responsibility, to ensure strong collaboration and alignment Builds an understanding of local demographics and geographical challenges and applies this knowledge to improve the speed and quality of recruitment delivery Manages candidates through the recruitment process in a positive way, ensuring that they remain advocates of the brands, regardless of the outcome Offers best practice guidance to hiring managers, empowering them to support the process through local activity Schedules, conducts and documents telephone interviews to ensure that the candidate screening process is followed effectively Arranges selection events with hiring managers and candidates within agreed service levels Delivers constructive and objective feedback to candidates following selection events Supports other members of the team as required, ensuring the overall store team recruitment process is as consistent as possible Required Skills Experience: Proven experience of working in a fast paced and customer facing environment Capable of working in a high-pressure role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively High level of attention to detail Able to follow and implement processes Confident challenging stakeholdersPlease be aware this advert will remain open until the vacancy has been filled.
