Salary: Up to GBP65,000 plus car allowance plus excellent benefits Benefits to include: Car allowance Company pension Flex benefits (discount scheme) Company sick pay 25 days Holiday plus BH Private Healthcare Location: Eastleigh Hours of work: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday Role Responsibilities: Conduct accurate mechanical estimates for a range of projects within the portfolio. Prepare and compilation of proposal submissions including solution and option appraisal of new methods of Project delivery to identify valid and viable commercial delivery options. Obtaining specialist subcontractor costs. Attend site visits as required across the UK as part of the bid process. Update Pipeline Reporting System and to contribute to the generation of BD Management information reports. Attend Divisional Bid Meetings, Progressing submitted tenders. Assist in formulation of tender returns. Measurement of performance versus contracted requirements. Identification of a broad range of cost saving initiatives in line with contractual obligations.The successful candidate: Educated to HNC/HND Standard (or equivalent). Ideally have experience in Data Centre projects Excellent management experience. Relevant experience of estimating within a Building services contractor Proficient IT Skills to include, Word, Powerpoint and EXCEL.
