Housing repairs customer service advisor

This is a HOUSING REPAIRS customer service advisor position Responsibilities 1.1 Looking for 6 repairs officers to provide a single point of contact for those contacting the council #39;s about housing services and repairs. 1.2 To ensures that customers receive a timely and positive response to their contact with the council #39;s, achieving performance targets and high rates of satisfaction. 1.3 To respond to customer enquiries at the first point of contact from a variety of customer access channels, including telephone, email, web, social media, and post. 1.4 To deliver a consistent, reliable, customer focused service, ensuring value for money and responsive services to anyone contacting LBHF and to act as a positive role model for all staff.
