About the Role: Work in a modern, 3-bedded home with two vacancies, providing crucial support to young people who have experienced trauma. Create a safe, nurturing environment and offer emotional support to address behavioural difficulties. Assist with all daily duties with the young people fostering a home-like atmosphere. Requirements: A robust and resilient attitude, with a genuine passion for supporting children in care. Relevant Level 3 qualification in working with children and young people.
