From some of the most vulnerable people in our society, to families in crisis, claimants and commercial businesses - HMCTS has a responsibility to administer a justice system that is accessible to everyone and operates efficiently TEMPORARY CONTRACT UNTIL AUGUST 2024, MAY BE EXTENDED BEYOND THIS GBP11.44 per hour Monday to Friday, 37 hours per week To succeed in the role, you will have the following skills and attributes: Must have experience of working with a team Customer Service as your number 1 priority Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Proficient in systems as well as prepared to learn new in-house systems Internet savvy - happy and comfortable negotiating your way around systems and folders The role is as an Administration Officer supporting the business dealing with both internal and external customers. Duties will include, but not be restricted to: Registering appeals for children from ages 1-25. Issuing orders from Tribunal Judges Issuing Tribunal letters to parties and judiciary, Answering telephone calls, Any ad hoc administrative duties from manager.
