Job Description: Job Title: Scheduler Location of work: Oldbury- B69 Sector: Social housing Salary: GBP13.00 per hour, GBP28,900k per annum Temp- perm position available working with a well established company in the social housing sector. Looking for a Scheduler with daily responsibilities of: Job scheduling, distributing and controlling information throughout the office and sites General administration duties Managing an inbox and controlling information throughout the office and job sites Planning repairs works for pre and post inspection, reactive and emergency repairs Booking appointments and allocation works to the available operative Ensuring all relevant data is uploaded on a timely basis The ideal candidate will have: Strong organisation skills ndash; A lot of your time will be spent speaking with trade operatives, residents, managements and our client! Be able to work deadlines Strong IT skills Able to work in a fast-paced office environment Strong communication skills ndash; Effectively communicating at levels commensurate with role, both verbally and in writing Experience in using Lyon or Impact software You will be provided with a laptop and a phone You will be working a 40 hour week The position is available for an immediate start (notice periods will be considered) so please apply today with an UP-TO-DATE CV for more information
