About the Role: Work collaboratively with teachers and other staff to identify and address challenging behaviour in students. Develop and implement individualised behaviour plans to support students in making positive choices. Foster positive relationships with students, building trust and encouraging open communication. Advocate for students emotional well-being and mental health. Contribute to a positive and inclusive school environment.What we are looking for: A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and young people in an educational setting. A proven track record of successfully supporting students with behavioural challenges. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed. The ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
