Fee Earner ndash; Housing Disrepair Location: Macclesfield Full Time and hybrid option available Salary: GBPDOE The successful candidate will represent clients in relation to their Housing Disrepair Claims, for a successful and established firm based in Macclesfield! Candidates will ideally have the following knowledge and experience ndash; Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocol Legal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation process Review reports from Surveyors Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans Ability to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision.
