Job Title: Year 4 Teacher Location: Shropshire Job Type: Contract, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Salary: GBP120 - GBP211 Per day Job Duties: The Year 4 Teacher will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging lesson plans to primary school students. They will assess student progress, provide feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive educational experience. Required Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum Education: Bachelor #39;s degree in Education or relevant field Experience: Prior experience teaching primary school students, specifically in Year 4 Knowledge and Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students - Strong classroom management abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) - Additional training in special educational needs (SEN) or English as a Second Language (ESL) Working Conditions: The Year 4 Teacher will work in a primary school setting, following the school calendar and schedule. They may need to attend staff meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other school events outside of regular hours.
