Receptionist

Responsibilities: Greet visitors in a warm and friendly manner and provide them with any necessary information or assistance Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department Handle incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely distribution Maintain a clean and organised reception area Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and efficient service deliveryThis is a temporary role for two weeks initially to cover annual leave. However, other hours could be required. Monday 10th June- Friday 21st June- 8:30AM-5:30PM Rate from GBP12.00PH.
