Role and Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment. Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively. Provide support to students in their learning, answering questions and offering guidance as needed. Maintain accurate records of attendance and report any issues to the appropriate staff members. Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel valued and supported. Requirements: Previous experience working in a teaching or educational setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different classroom environments and manage varying levels of student engagement. Flexibility in working hours and availability to start immediately.
