Responsibilities: As a QTS, your responsibilities will include: Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and covering classes in the absence of regular teachers. Assessing students #39; progress and adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Leading small group activities and interventions to support student learning. Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a cohesive learning environment. Assisting in the planning and preparation of teaching materials. Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience in KS1 and/or KS2. Exceptional knowledge of Mathematics Strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to engage and motivate students effectively. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in diverse school settings.
