Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality MFL lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Develop and implement engaging curriculum materials that can be adapted to meet the diverse needs of pupils and their learning styles and abilities. Regularly assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students and plan future lessons accordingly. Create an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive in their language development. Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to the development and implementation of departmental schemes of work. Participate in extra curricular activities, including meetings and parents evening Requirements: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant teaching degree. Proven experience as a MFL Teacher, with a track record of achieving positive outcomes. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inspiring and organized learning environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. A passion for teaching and a commitment to the holistic development of young learners.
