Senior embedded software developer hybrid working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Embedded Software Developer based in Cambridge, to join a world-leader in network development for Internet of Things ( IoT ) communications. The Senior Embedded Software Developer, Cambridge, will report into the Head of Software and will be responsible to: Take technical ownership of electricity meter protocol development and integration to data concentrator and handheld reading tools. To work with the Software Development Manager and Technical Team leader to design, develop and deliver high quality, scalable, robust, maintainable, and secure embedded system products, primarily in #39;C #39;. The Senior Embedded Software Developer, Cambridge, will have at least 4 years #39; of using embedded C in systems, along with: Wide knowledge and practice of data structures and algorithms. Experience and knowledge of unit and functional testing and advocate of test driven development. Experience in Python Programming Language. Experience handling or implementing Manufacturing tools for testing.
