Bookings Coordinator - The Role: As part of our customer service team, you will have a vital role in establishing exactly what our customers #39; need regarding interpreting assignments, before finding a suitable interpreter from our linguist database. Assignments can vary from home visits with Health Visitors to an interview of a suspect in custody or to attending a case in court. The role involves a wide variety of tasks, from sourcing interpreters and translators to dealing with police officers and handling phone calls, emails and customer requests. This is an interesting role which does not involve selling services or spending all day dealing with complaints.
