Responsibilities of the Insurance Administrator role: Policy Administration: Process insurance policies accurately and efficiently, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Claims Support: Assist in managing insurance claims from initiation to resolution, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to enhance their insurance experience. Technology Utilisation: Utilise insurance management software and digital tools to streamline administrative processes and optimise workflow efficiency. Requirements of the Insurance Administrator role: Previous experience in insurance administration, customer service, or a related role is advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients and colleagues. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to review and interpret insurance policies and documentation accurately.
