Customer Operations Coordinator Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm (4.30pm finish on Fridays) Permanent or temp to perm Rugby ndash; office based GBP24,000 - GBP27,500 pa depending on experience Our client, a growing and successful company based in Rugby, are looking for a Customer Operations Coordinator to join their busy team. The key responsibilities for a Customer Operations Coordinator: * Logging all incoming emergency support requests from customers and updating these on the system as changes come in * Contacting customers to schedule engineering work * Contacting engineers to allocate works to them, putting all information onto the internal system * Answering calls in the head office to pass through to other staff members The minimum requirements for a Customer Operations Coordinator: * Great communication skills * Experience within a fast-paced customer service environment * Experience dealing with customers * Great IT skills - can pick up systems with ease * Happy to work to deadlines and good at prioritisation The ideal candidate for a Customer Operations Coordinator: * Logical thinker and problem solver * Experience using an in-house CRM system * Has transport to and from the office in Rugby * High accuracy and attention to detail Benefits of working as a Customer Operations Coordinator: * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays * Good opportunities * BUPA and company pension * Free parking Interested?
