Registered home care manager

Position - Home Care Manager - Domiciliary Employment type - Permanent Location - Sevenoaks, Kent Salary - GBP42-48,000 p.a. Hours - 40 hours per week working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with flexibility. Benefits: NEST pension, private health insurance (50% premium contribution from employer) About the role - We are looking for someone with previous home care experience and have been registered with CQC. Duties include leading and growing the day-to- day operations and becoming the domiciliary care provider of choice. Overseeing compliance, monitoring performance , staff management, training and supervisions, spot checks, liaison with regulators, stakeholders and social workers. Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required -.You need to be qualified to RMA/LMCS or NVQ 4.
