Mechanical site manager

Mechanical Site Manager 4 weeks Sevenoaks 1st Step Solutions require a Mechanical Site Manager for a 4 week contract in Sevenoaks. You must have previous experience of working as a Mechanical Site Manager with a Tier 1 M E Contractor on commercial projects. Responsibilities: * Day to day coordination of labour and subcontractors on site. * Ordering labour and materials. * Managing and maintaining Health Safety standards. * Conducting toolbox talks site inductions. * Ensuring works run to programme and deadlines. * Attending Site meetings with client and contractors. * Quality assurance. Requirements: * City and Guilds NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Services or equivalent * Hold a current CSCS card, ideally Supervisor/Site Manager * SSSTS or SMSTS * Good literacy skills
