We are recruiting for a Retail Coach to help apprentices with their qualifications in the Norfolk area. Our client is the largest apprenticeship provider nationwide. They are looking for Qualified Apprenticeship Coaches or Store Leaders/Managers looking to become a Retail Coach to inspire the next generation. As a retail supervisor, store manager or area manager, you #39;ll know retail is a dynamic and fast-paced sector. Our high streets are changing. You #39;ve worked your way up and you know this industry inside out. But now it #39;s time for a change: to escape the shop floor and weekend working. To pass on your skills and experience in a way that helps the next generation of talent to not only do a great job but build a career. And to do it in a way that also gives you a more flexible way of working, supported career development and the qualifications your experience deserves. Once you have passed their bespoke training you will oversee retail learners in the Norfolk area delivering the retails apprenticeship standard. You will visit them at their flagship stores or remotely communicate with them. Travel expenses are covered. What will you bring to the role? It #39;s most likely you #39;ve got good experience of working in retail at management or supervisor level. Qualifications aren #39;t as important as understanding the retail world. We are looking for candidate with the following: Experience of working in demanding retail environments, to targets and tight deadlines Strong communication and self-motivation skills GCSEs English and Maths (C or above or key skills equivalent).
