Key Responsibilities: Provide support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including individualised attention and assistance in the classroom. Implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment. Demonstrate a good sense of humour and patience in your interactions with students, fostering a supportive and engaging atmosphere. Utilise excellent initiative to adapt to the needs of individual students and assist them in reaching their full potential.
