Your responsibilities will include: Providing support to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to ensure they have equal access to education and opportunities for success. Utilizing behavior management strategies to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Demonstrating a good sense of humor and supportive approach to engage and motivate students. Using initiative to adapt support strategies to meet the individual needs and learning styles of diverse students.
