Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities: * Overseeing and aiding with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products. while ensuring efficient communication between the staff. * Monitoring compliance and ensuring company policies and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees. * Managing products, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting stock counts, and resolving any discrepancies. * Plan and ensure resources are in order to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity. * Train, give guidance, and provide regular feedback to staff in order to progress their skills and abilities, enabling them to carry out their duties effectively. * Work and communicate along side other departments. * Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness and health safety standards. * Prepare reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement. Warehouse Supervisor personal skills: * Excellent Communicational Skills. * Ability to work well under pressure. * Microsoft efficient (Outlook, Excel, Word) * Leader ship qualities. * Physically fit. * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Hours of work: Friday To Tuesday 08.00 to 17.00 Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm Contract length: 12 weeks Pay: From GBP27,500.00 per year Benefits: * Employee discount * Free parking * On-site parking Experience: * Supervising experience: 1 year (preferred) * Management: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driving Licence (preferred) Work Location: In person
