Multi skilled maintenance engineer

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation. We are looking for an Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same. As the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services. The Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer, will be responsible for: * Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance in accordance with contractual obligations. * Complying with company safe systems of work which follow statutory obligations and QHSE requirements. * Complying with timescales in accordance with contractual obligations for the rectification of damage and defects. * Updating the company maintenance management system on completion of works ensuring information is accurate. * Completing all appropriate documentation ensuring it is accurate, complete, current and accessible. * Working with sub-contractors ensuring legislative, company and contractual standards are adhered to. * Maintaining tools and equipment, and carry out daily tool checks. * Useing, handling, transport and store equipment and materials securely and correctly at all times to ensure a safe and secure environment. * Undertaking emergency out of hours call outs as required to maintain the centre facilities. * Undertaking all notifications of change to the establishment ensuring compliance with the relevant standards. To be successful for this Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role you must have: * The ideal candidate would have a background in facilities maintenance, the construction sector, or similar. * IT literate for record-keeping. * Have good customer service skills. * Physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description. * You #39;ll need to be a highly self-motivated * Focussed individual with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.
