From installation to maintenance, you #39;ll utilize your leadership skills and technical expertise to deliver high service levels for our clients. #x1F50D; Key Responsibilities: * Supervise engineering duties on both Installation and Maintenance Contracts across our portfolio of clients throughout EMEA. * Liaise and support clients over the phone and in-person. * Diagnose hardware/software faults and solve technical problems. * Research, analyse, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues. * Testing and fixing faulty equipment. * Provide product education and support. * Ensure project documentation is complete, current, and appropriately stored. * Collaborate closely with all relevant personnel to ensure effective implementation. * Liaise with clients, contractors, and subcontractors. * Report project progress to senior management. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. * Take ownership of tasks and see projects through to completion. * Provide prompt and accurate feedback to clients and management. #x1F468; zwj; #x1F4BC; Qualifications Requirements: * 5+ years of experience in the security systems industry * Strong knowledge of overseeing daily installations and associated systems * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to manage change and pass on information effectively. * Full UK Driving Licence #x1F527; Company Commitments * Personal career development * Use of a company vehicle * Family private healthcare policy * Company Pension * Competitive remuneration package * Manufacturer certified training courses * Mobile phone, laptop, and specialist tools * Expenses and daily contribution towards subsistence * Open and friendly working environment * 4-week sabbatical after 10 years of continuous employment * Continuous team building and progressive support.
