Recruitment coordinator

Location: Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP28,000 Permanent: ASAP start Job Code: MJ1806 Recruitment Coordinator Key Responsibilities: * Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and completing all necessary paperwork * Recruiting high-quality care staff to meet client needs and provide outstanding service. * Conducting market research before and during recruitment drives to be an employer of choice. * Implementing market best practices in recruitment and staffing. * Monitoring and managing recruitment costs, including negotiations with job boards and recruiters. * Building strong relationships with carers and oversee the entire recruitment process, ensuring clear communication of company expectations and role responsibilities. * Managing the Tier 2 Sponsorship Scheme, including recruitment drives and the necessary clearance and onboarding processes. The successful candidate will have: * Prior experience in recruitment, specifically in healthcare or home care sector * Strong organisational and time management skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Proficient in using recruitment software and other tools such as Workable, LinkedIn and Indeed. * Experience/Knowledge of Tier 2 Sponsorships. * Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws Benefits: * 32 Days paid annual leave (Including Bank Holidays) * BUPA Health Plan * Loyalty annual leave (up to 5 additional days) * Company Pension * Employee Assistance Programme **Despite our best efforts it is not always possible to respond to every application individually due to the high volume of responses we receive on each vacancy.
