Customer service executive

Job Title: Customer Service Executive- Hybrid Working Company: A GBP30 million family-owned printing company located in Leeds, just a 10-minute walk from the city centre. Role: Customer Service Executive Salary: Negotiable, GBP24,000-GBP28,000 (DOP) Responsibilities: * Serve as a vital link between the sales team, customers, and internal staff to ensure smooth operations and maximize sales for our products. * Administer jobs efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. * Process sales orders promptly and accurately. * Maintain and nurture customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: * Print, Packing or Manufacturing expirience desired * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Tharsten. * Experience in the packaging industry is desired but not essential.
