Telesales and customer service executive

Description We are seeking a highly motivated Telesales and Customer Service Executive to join our team in the Renewables Environment industry. As a Telesales and Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our renewable energy solutions, and closing sales. You will also handle incoming inquiries from existing customers, addressing their concerns, and providing prompt and accurate information.
