Site Administrator needed in Biceseter * Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire * Start Date: 27/05/2024 * Hours: 8am to 6pm * Pay: GBP14.50 per hour Security Checks: BPSS and DBS check required (carried out and paid for by employer) Job Description: We are currently seeking a Site Administrator for a government-sensitive project based in Bicester, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks on site. A CSCS card is required (or the ability to obtain one after the start date). Security checks including BPSS and DBS will be conducted, with costs covered by the employer. Key Responsibilities: * Assist with administrative tasks including timesheets, paperwork, and booking candidates in on Datascope * Work closely with the Logistics Manager to provide administrative support as needed * Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with project requirements * Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project managers to coordinate administrative activities * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements: * Previous experience working as an administrator in construction sites preferred * Clued on and detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills * CSCS Reequired * Ability to obtain a CSCS card after the start date (if not already held) * Previous experience working in the UK within the last three years * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment Application Process: If you meet the requirements and are interested in this exciting opportunity, please submit your CV and contact information.
