Employment Type: Full-time temporary to permanent position. Working Hours: Monday - Friday 11am - 8pm with alternate weekends. Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner Listen to the customer #39;s needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services products the company provides. Communicating with customers and clients via live chat platforms.
