Customer Service Coordinator Sywell (Office-based) Permanent Full-time, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours). This is a key role within the business, providing customer service and sales office support to clients. Key duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator: middot; Process customer orders, requests, and queries via telephone and email. middot; Contact all live sites daily to ensure operational excellence and full-service delivery. middot; Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records on the internal system. middot; Liaise with Directors, colleagues and external customers as required. middot; Support the field sales team to ensure all service obligations are met. middot; Provide any other administrative support as needed. middot; Check supplier invoices and ensure all procedures and systems are adhered to. Key experience and skills required for the Customer Service Coordinator : middot; Excellent customer service and administrative skills. middot; Capable of working in a fast-paced environment - as part of a team and autonomously. middot; Customer-focused attitude with an analytical approach and good problem-solving skills. middot; Excellent attention to detail, as well as written and verbal communication. middot; Proficient using MS Office and experience using in-house systems.
