The have 2 offices based in UK one in London and the other in Bedfordshire! The client provides a wide of planning applications across London, the Home Countries and the South East. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in all streams of work Essential Criteria for the candidate as a Senior Town Planner Be MRTPI / MRICS qualified with PQE experience in planning / development Demonstrate strong commercial acumen both on projects and cross discipline opportunities Be competent and experienced in dealing with a varied workload of multiple projects. Have excellent presentation and project delivery skills Be a good team player with the ability to work under own initiative Demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage others in the team to achieve / exceed agreed targets Interested?
