As a Senior Youth Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in the lives of young people who require social, emotional, and mental health support. Well need you to have: Minimum 1 years #39; experience working with children and young people in a residential setting. QCF Level 3 Residential Childcare or equivalent (In line with Ofsted requirements) Resilience to be able to deal with challenging situations. Positive role model - honesty and empathy are a must. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to meet operational needs of the home.
