An exciting opportunity has arisen for a client facing Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a dynamic Construction Property Consultancy based in Nottingham city centre. The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a flexible, family feel company with 5 offices nationwide. Working within a close-knit team closely alongside the Director, benefiting from a hybrid working model with 2-3 days a week in the office. The role involves a diverse range of projects including Residential, Education, Commercial, Healthcare and more typically up to GBP30m. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be instrumental in leading projects, providing mentorship to junior staff, and playing a key role in the strategic direction of the consultancy. The Senior Quantity Surveyor RICS Accredited Degree Qualification MRICS ideally or currently working towards Healthcare sector experience is ideal Strong pre post contract experienceIn Return?
