The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children rsquo;s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school. The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages, Primary and Secondary, with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviours. A proactive thinker with the ability to take control of situations confidently is necessary.
