Shipping Administrator Up to GBP25,000 Cheltenham I am delighted to be partnering one of Cheltenham rsquo;s most successful and reputable organisations in their search for a Shipping Administrator. This client operates globally with impressive headquarters based in Cheltenham and are a proud constituent of the FTSE 100. This role would suit someone with previous shipping experience with good accuracy and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: * This role involves handling financial tasks, and ensuring the business complies with HMRC regulations for exporting goods * You will work closely with other teams to meet specific requirements for exporting to new markets * Coordinate with operating companies to manage the dispatch of regular shipments and third-party shipments directly to customers * Prepare and check shipping and customs documentation to ensure it meets legal requirements before sending out goods * Ensure all customs paperwork is accurate, and keep records up-to-date. * File all shipping documents and maintain records to comply with regulations * Address daily queries from internal and external customers about shipments, orders, and compliance * Keep customers informed with all the details about their shipments. * Other ad-hoc tasks as and when necessary Experience Required: * Able to work independently * Experience of working in a busy environment * Ability to follow procedures * Good communication skill (written verbal) * Attention to detail * Previous experience within Shipping / Export would be beneficial Benefits: * Monday to Friday role * 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays * Full training, with development and progression * A focus on employee well-being, workshops / virtual team building If this role is of interest to you then please get in contact with Georgie at i2i Recruitment today for immediate consideration!
