Qualifications and Experience: * Experience in NPD within the food industry, with a track record of successfully launching new products. * Ability to work alone, or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of food science, food safety, and regulatory requirements. * Preferably a degree in a science-based subject.
